Partner yoga is a style of yoga practice in which two people support each other in poses in a way that enhances the postures and builds trust and communication. Working with a partner provides balance in a pose while establishing and maintaining proper body alignment. It also allows each yogi to experience the pose in a different way.

My current teaching schedule includes classes in nursing homes, senior centers, yoga studios (including the ashram in Queens), athletic clubs, for corporations and for private clients. I am also the Director of Asana Training at the Yoga Teachers Training Institute (YTTI). In addition to being a storyteller, I am a Reiki & IET practitioner and teacher. To tell a story is a gift from the heart. Teaching yoga is also a gift from the heart. Let our hearts be open to receive from each other!
