Bhagavat Gita Immersion

January 21, 2018  Sunday 2 – 6 p.m.

Every year for the last thirteen years we have started the
New Year with a Gita Immersion workshop.

The Gita gives us the method and means to practice the eight limbs of yoga.
Even though considered to be a very difficult scripture to understand,
you will learn its complex philosophy as simple truths of yoga.

These truths are revealed by the Lord (Krishna) giving  instructions to his
disciple (Arjun) in the middle of a battlefield; representing our daily lives.
You will feel as if the Lord is giving you individual instructions.

Srimadbhagavadgita, Tattvavicani by Jayandayal Goyandaka.

Self Empowerment Workshop Series

with Mokshapriya Shakti
First Series $135 February 11th, March 11th, April 8th
Second Series $135 September 9th, October 14th, November 11th

Self-empowerment begins when we decide to actively take control of our lives, which means we come to the awareness that we are responsible for our thoughts, feelings and actions. We begin to take back our power when we are daring enough to initiate the process of releasing/changing that which brings us pain, makes us sad or in any way diminishes who we are. In this series, inspired by our Beloved Archangel Michael, we will systematically go through each of our chakras or energy centers. Each center corresponds to positive and negative attributes that manifest in our consciousness. If we work and meditate on the energy, ray, color and attributes of the eight centers there will be a profound change and self-empowerment. Each workshop is a separate unit, but must commit to three at a time.
Fee $135 at Yogashakti 2 to 5 p.m. CEU credits available.
