Sunshine Lecture – Bhagavad Gita Ch. 18: Moksha-Sanyas Yoga
Join us for our weekly Sunshine Lecture!! Every Sunday after our 10a Hatha Yoga class, we sip on some Indian chai, and then we have a short Sunshine Lecture on varying topics. If you want to know what “Moksha” means – come to the lecture!!
The Gita gives us the method and means to practice the eight limbs of yoga. Even though considered to be a very difficult scripture to understand, you will learn its complex philosophy as simple truths of yoga.
