At our Retreat Center the City of Light Sanctuary in the Catskills NY 

 Cultivate a Pure and clear  mind through guided meditation,  yoga, pranayam,  toning, nature walks, and study of the mind. 
Meditation and tools are needed to give us a deep level of self-understanding and freedom.
