MEET JANINE
Janine Ambroze is an RN, BSN, ERYT-500, Relax and Renew Level II instructor, Reiki Master, and Nationally
Certified Pilates Teacher. She brings extensive experience as the former Director of Anatomy and Physiological
Studies at both the Yoga Teacher Training Institute and Northport Yoga Teacher Training program. With her
unique blend of medical expertise and holistic training, Janine specializes in both preventative wellness and
rehabilitative care through yoga and Polestar Pilates. Janine’s mindful teaching approach creates safe,
personalized experiences to help students discover their inner potential and overall wellbeing.
