Join us for yoga, meditation and mindful movement!! Yasmar has a masters in dance education and combines dance and yoga to help people center themselves and overcome challenges in life!
Yasmar started her yoga journey in 2014 at Yogashakti Yoga Center under the guidance of Swami Ma Mokshapriya Shakti. In 2016, she completed her 500 hours teacher training. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui Sensei Reiki Lineage.
Yasmar just graduated with a Masters degree in Dance Education at Hunter College from the City University of New York and is a certified dance teacher for the New York Department of Education. She also coordinates art enrichment programs for children and adults in various NYC schools.
Investment: $250 per person (Saturday/Sunday) or $150 per person (Saturday Only)
